Paste one script tag into your site — WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, custom, anything. That’s the whole installation. Visitors from your ads see a tracked number; everyone else sees your normal one. The snippet is about 2KB, loads asynchronously, and never slows your page down.

Your web forms can join in too: point the form’s webhook at CallTrace and every new enquiry gets rung back within seconds, automatically — with your chosen retries if they don’t pick up.

SalesHub Cloud — two-way, built in

Every call becomes a lead in SalesHub automatically — with the recording link, transcript, AI score, the team member who answered, and the exact keyword that produced the call. Choose whether the lead appears the moment the phone rings, or complete with analysis two minutes later.

It works the other way too. A new web lead in SalesHub triggers an instant call-back to the lead. Mark a lead as won and the value flows back to CallTrace, so your keyword report shows real money, not just clicks. And when a lead can’t be reached after every retry, CallTrace tells SalesHub to move it to the no-answer stage — nothing sits forgotten.

Google Ads — keyword-level truth

Add our tracking template to your Google Ads account (we do this for you) and every call carries the campaign and the exact keyword that paid for it. The dashboard then answers the only question that matters: which keywords produce calls that become paying customers — and which just spend money.

CallTrace speaks plain, signed webhooks. Outbound: every enriched call can be delivered to any endpoint you give us. Inbound: your system can trigger call-backs (“new lead — ring them”) and report outcomes (“this lead became a £3,500 case”) with two simple POST requests. If your CRM can send or receive a webhook — or you use Zapier or Make — it works with CallTrace.
