This marketing site sets no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies and no tracking pixels. That is why you have not seen a cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to.
If we ever add analytics, we will use a consent banner first and update this page before doing so.
The client dashboard (app.calltrace.co.uk)
When clients log in to their CallTrace dashboard, we set one cookie: a signed session cookie that keeps you logged in. It is strictly necessary for the service to work, contains no tracking, and is deleted when your session ends or you log out.
The tracking snippet on client websites
The CallTrace snippet our clients install on their own websites swaps the phone number shown to visitors who arrive from advertising. It uses local browser storage on the client’s own site to keep the number consistent during a visit. It does not follow visitors across other websites, does not build profiles, and does not set third-party advertising cookies. Each client remains responsible for their own site’s cookie notice.
