Who we are
CallTrace is built by Zayn Productions Ltd, a UK software company based in Gloucester. We build practical software for UK professional services firms — including DocsCheck for immigration lawyers and SalesHub Cloud, a CRM built for legal practices.
Why CallTrace exists
Here’s why CallTrace exists: we run marketing for law firms ourselves. We watched firms spend thousands of pounds a month on Google Ads, then miss the calls those ads produced — or answer them without ever knowing which keyword paid for the case. The tools out there were American, priced in dollars, and they stopped at reporting. Nobody rang the lead back. Nobody coached the person answering the phone.
So we built the tool we actually wanted. Call tracking that doesn’t stop at counting calls. It rings your enquiries back in seconds, scores every conversation, coaches your team, and shows you — in pounds — which keywords are turning into paying cases.

We keep the company small on purpose. When you call CallTrace, you speak to the people who built it — not a support tier. We handle your setup, and if something isn’t working, we fix it. We don’t send you a help article.
