AI disclaimer
We're an AI product and proud of it — and honest about what that means. AI output is an aid to your judgement, never a replacement for it.

What the AI produces
CallTrace uses AI in four places: transcribing calls, scoring the lead and the call handling, writing coaching suggestions, and summarising activity into briefings. Transcription is performed by Deepgram; analysis and coaching use Anthropic’s Claude models.
It can be wrong
Transcripts can mishear names, numbers and accents. Scores and summaries are informed estimates from the conversation text, not measurements. Coaching suggestions are prompts to consider, not instructions to follow. Before acting on anything important in an AI output — a phone number, a date, a quoted fee — check it against the recording, which is always one click away.
It is not legal advice
Nothing the AI produces is legal advice, and coaching suggestions are sales guidance only. Firms remain fully responsible for what their team says on calls and for their own professional obligations, including SRA duties where applicable.
No automated decisions about people
CallTrace’s AI never makes automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about callers. Scores exist to help your team prioritise call-backs and improve; a human decides what happens with every enquiry.
Your data and AI training
Audio and transcripts are processed by our AI sub-processors solely to provide the service and are not used to train their models under our agreements. Details are on our compliance page.
