CallTrace launches four new features to stop UK businesses losing the leads they’ve already paid for

Gloucester, England — CallTrace, the AI call-tracking and sales-coaching platform from Zayn Productions Ltd, has released four new features aimed at one problem: paid-for leads that slip away between the click and the conversation.

CallTrace already traces every inbound call to the exact advertising keyword that produced it, records and transcribes the conversation, scores it with AI, and rings web enquiries back within seconds. The four new features close the remaining gaps.

Missed-call text-back

When a caller rings off unanswered, CallTrace sends them a text within seconds — from the same number they dialled — letting them know the business is calling back. If the caller rings that number again, the call is tracked like any other. Texts go to UK mobiles, are capped at one per caller per day, and carry a message each business can customise.

Voicemail detection

CallTrace’s automatic call-backs can now tell the difference between a human answering and a voicemail. A call that hits an answering machine isn’t counted as connected, and the retry schedule keeps working until a real person picks up.

Number screening

Every phone number submitted through a web form is validated against the live phone network before any call is placed. Mistyped and fake numbers are skipped automatically, with a clear reason shown in the dashboard. Sales teams stop burning dials on dead ends.

Listen-in and whisper coaching (beta)

Managers can join any live call from the dashboard — either listening silently, or whispering guidance that only their agent can hear. Training happens in the moment, not in a debrief the following morning.

Pricing and availability

Missed-call text-back, voicemail detection and number screening are included in the standard Call Intelligence plan at £99 per month. Listen-in and whisper coaching is part of the Live Coach plan at £199 per month. Both plans are monthly rolling — no long-term contract.
